Standard Service Call
We come to you within 24 – 48 hours during normal business hours. (normal business hours 8.00am to 4.30pm Mon-Fri excludes Public Holidays. )
$110.00 call out fee plus $35.00 per every 1/4 hour on site.

Express Service Call
We come to you within 24 hours during normal business hours. (normal business hours 8.00am to 4.30pm Mon-Fri excludes Public Holidays. )
$250.00 ( includes first 1/2 hour of labor ) call out fee plus $40.00 per every 1/4 hour on site.

1 Hour After Hours Emergency Service Call
We come to you within 1 hour at any time of the day or night.
$390.00 call out fee plus $180.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour charge on site.
