Our organization caters for all types of refrigeration and air conditioning, Maintenances, services and repairs ranging from domestic refrigeration, air conditioning and heating, to commercial refrigeration and air conditioning. Including industrial and specialist applications, such as Laboratory equipment.

Our company is a ARC tick certified, member of national refrigeration and air conditioning council.

Electrical contractor registeration license.   Plumbing registeration license.   Cfc refrigerant registeration license.

Our team of tradesman extends to 35 years in the refrigeration and air conditioning field. Covering all aspects of service, design, installation and repairs. At Johns Refrigeration and Air Conditioning PL, our technicians are fully qualified with recognized trade qualifications and have a policy for customer satisfaction and value for money.

Our rates are extremely competitive and are as follows:

$ 44.00 * Call out fee. ( normal business hours)
$ 28.00 * Per 1/4 Hour . (normal business hours) (*GST inclusive)

We also offer a 24 hour - 7 days a week service with a minimum response time of 3 hours. Our service vehicles are always stocked with most commonly used spare parts to avoid extra costs and lengthy delays in repairs.

All repairs and installations are completed to a high standard of quality and conform to manufacturers specifications.

At Johns Refrigeration and Air Conditioning PL, all major repairs and installations are inspected free of charge by our quality control personal to guarantee customer satisfaction. 

We can also design specific maintenance programs to suit your individual requirements.

Ranging from general maintenance check and report, to programs that cover all labour costs for a yearly period on all your equipment.

At Johns Refrigeration and Air Conditioning P/L, we pride ourselves on our maintenance programs. Therefore we back our programs with a fixed price after hours service rates, with no minimum hourly charge this means if you adopt our maintenance program all call outs to breakdowns during business or after hours, is fixed to the general service fee’s on your contract.

The service personnel we staff are all fully qualified and are constantly being trained in all new technology that is brought out in to the field.

There is at all times 5 service vehicles on the road, with a maximum response time of 3 hours to your calls, breakdowns.

The company also takes pride in its communications system. This consists of a 24 HOUR phone number, which if is busy diverts to a 24 hour pager, therefore we can never miss a call.

All vehicles are radio controlled and equipped by Radio Techonolgy's. Using trunking radio signal system, which have Victoria wide reception. All service personnel carry a Mobile Phone & 24 hour pager and are willing to respond to any breakdown without hesitation.

Authorised “Tecma Lemair” Service Agent; includes domestic fridge, freezer and air conditioning units.

Authorised “Kleenmaid St George” service agent; includes domestic fridge, freezer, all white goods and all electronic products.

Authorised “Samsung Products” service agent; includes domestic fridge, freezer and air conditioning units.

Authorised “General Electric Products” service agent; includes domestic fridge, freezer and air conditioning units

Authorised “Maytag Appliance Products” service agent; includes domestic fridge, freezer and air conditioning units

Industrial Refrigeration Systems: deep freezers(-80.0 deg ), laboratory isolation rooms, humified refrigeration cabinets.

Air Conditioning Systems Ranging: rac’s, split systems, package units, recip-chillers, large central plant systems, associated controls, computer rooms, animal isolation rooms, ducted heating systems, and hydronic heating systems.

Refrigerated Water Cooler Systems: the water cooler specialists, servicing hussman/westinghouse/email & temprite refrigerated water coolers and filtered water systems.

Refrigerated Air Dryer Systems, for domestic, commercial & industrial applications.


Registered  Electrical  Contractor,  works from “A” grade to disconnect/reconnect work.
Electrical contractors licence: REC.17759.

Registered Plumbing Contractor, works from “ classes 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,90,91,92,93,94” works
Plumbing contractors industry commission licence: 40799 and 36949.

Registered CFC Refrigerant Contractor, works from cfc's, hcfc's and all refrigerants & gases.  

Refrigerant licence: AU 00648.

 

 

We are happy to confirm that Johns Refrigeration and Air Conditioning PL can perform all requirements of the codes listed to Australian Standards.

Please note when johns refrigeration & air conditioning p/l maintenance contract is in place. We back our workmanship with a fixed 24hr labour price of $80.00hr, (excludes gst) regardless of time when call is placed.

We also offer afixed yearly labour priced contract where all labour including repairs and brakedown is covered for the year. Therefore parts over $99.00 are the only extra expense to you the customer.
